The Architectural Challenge
Arkova's own site undersold their portfolio — a generic template couldn't carry heavyweight concrete architecture, and the studio needed a digital presence as considered as the buildings it was selling.
The Strategic Execution
Built a grayscale identity around a single serif/grotesk pairing, a modular grid inspired by structural bay spacing, and a Framer site with scroll-triggered full-bleed photography reveals and a slow, deliberate scroll pace.
